1. Free 15-Minute Discovery Call – We’ll clarify your supervision needs, timeline, and preferred format (in-person or online).

2. Supervision Agreement & Schedule – I’ll send a customized supervision plan, including hours, format, and targeted outcomes.

3. Ongoing Sessions – We meet regularly (e.g., weekly or bi-weekly) via secure video or in-person. Each session includes case review, skill development, and practice planning.

4. Progress Review & Private Practice Launch (optional) – Mid-way we review your license hour progress and whether you’re ready to build or grow your practice.

5. Completion & Next Steps – On conclusion you’ll have the supervision hours completed, improved clinical confidence, and optionally a blueprint to launch your own practice.

I am a licensed psychologist and licensed professional counselor that began in community mental health. I found that it was difficult to find good supervisors that could provide me with supervision necessary for licensure and professional growth. I currently have a successful private practice. I have been directly involved with the supervision of Masters and Doctoral students as adjunct faculty at the Graduate School of Professional Psychology at the University of Denver and at the University of Colorado, Denver.
